1. Service Agreement
By booking with Aureum Auto Care, you agree to our service rules and all policies listed on our site or booking platform.

2. Booking and Arrival
Clients must provide correct contact details for booking.
Please be ready at the confirmed time and location. If we cannot reach you or access the vehicle, the booking may be marked as a no show.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least one hour before the appointment time qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made within one hour do not qualify for a refund.

4. Quality of Service
We aim to provide a high quality clean every time. If you are not satisfied, contact us within twenty four hours so we can review the issue and offer a solution.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must remove personal items from the vehicle before the service.
We are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.

6. Damage and Liability
Aureum Auto Care is not responsible for pre existing damage, mechanical issues, or electronic faults in the vehicle.
If accidental damage occurs during our service, we will work with the client to find a fair solution.

7. Weather or Safety
If weather or safety conditions make the service unsafe, we may move or reschedule your booking. We will contact you as soon as possible.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when needed. The most recent version will always be available to clients.
