Refund Policy

At Aureum Auto Care, we aim to make every booking smooth and stress free. We understand that plans can change, so we provide refunds for any appointment that is cancelled at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.

If a client cancels within that 1 hour window, the appointment is no longer eligible for a refund since our team has already prepared and set aside the time for the service.

To request a refund or cancel a booking, clients can contact us through our website, phone, or social media. Refunds are processed as soon as possible after the cancellation is confirmed.
